What is Estatitfy?
Estatitfy is an accounting app for family estates. It keeps the books of an inheritance, a succession, family property, a trust or a family association in one shared journal that the whole family can follow.
Who can see an estate’s books?
Only the people invited to the estate. Each member has a role: the Owner and Administrators manage the estate, Bookkeepers record entries, and Viewers can read without changing anything.
Can an entry be changed or deleted?
No. The journal is append-only. A mistake is corrected by recording a reversal, and both entries stay visible. Entries are hash-chained with SHA-256, so tampering can be detected.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Estatitfy for iPhone and iPad is on the App Store, and Estatitfy for Android is on Google Play. The web app works in any modern browser, and the same account works everywhere.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Every feature is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced one day, you will be told in advance and never charged without your consent.
Does every beneficiary need an account?
No. Beneficiaries can be recorded with or without a login, and you can produce a PDF payout statement for each of them.
Can we attach receipts and documents?
Yes. Attach photos and PDFs — HEIC photos from an iPhone included — up to five at a time, to the entries they support. One receipt can back every part of a split payment.
Can the estate lend money?
Yes. Record a loan to a relative, a beneficiary or anyone else, with or without interest, from any account. Choose one payment, equal instalments or your own schedule, record repayments as they come in, add late fees or write off what will not be repaid.
How do I sign in?
With your email and password, or with a passkey using Face ID, Touch ID or your phone’s screen lock. You can turn on two-step sign-in with an emailed code or an authenticator app, and estate administrators can require it.
Which currencies and languages are supported?
Any world currency, including the CFA franc (FCFA). The interface is available in 12 languages: English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Hindi, German, Japanese, Italian and Swahili.
Where is our data stored?
On secure servers operated for Kality Ltd, with daily backups. Estatitfy shows no advertising, sells no data and uses no tracking cookies. The Privacy Policy explains the details, including the countries where data is stored.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Every member can download the journal as CSV and payout statements as PDF. The Owner can export the whole estate as a zip file, documents included.
What if we delete an estate by mistake?
The deletion can be undone for 30 days. After that, the estate and its documents are erased.
